Ingredients:
Butter: 3/4th cup or 170 g
Sugar: 1 1/2 cup or 330g
Vanilla essence: 2tsp
Eggs: 3
Flour: 3/4th cup
Coco powder: 1/2 cup or 50g
Salt: pinch
Baking powder: 1tsp
Method:
- Beat sugar and eggs together.
- Melt the butter.
- Add vanilla essence, coco, baking powder, salt and melted butter together.Use of nuts(optional)
- Fold the mixture with spatula.
- Pour in a pre greased and lined baking pan.
- bake at 180 degree Celsius for 3o min or until a skewer inserted in the cake comes out clean.
