The food korner

One day i was just channel surfing (b/c i was bored out of my mind) & i came across this chef who was making these rolls.The problem was that he was speaking Punjabi(& the only Punjabi i speak or understand is limited to the phrase"Aae shadi nai ho sakdi oye!!!").So the first time i attempted to make these,it was more or less from visual memory than from any real understanding of what the chef was trying to teach:)Suffice it to say , i failed miserably.Since than i have tweaked the recipe quite a bit.Now at least it is edible & presentable(lolz).
